CARENCRO, LA – Delta Media Corporation announces El Sabor, “Hot Latino Mix” will now be available in Lafayette on 87.7 FM starting Monday, December 14th.
El Sabor is Acadiana’s first and only Spanish Format radio station serving the Latino population in Southwest Louisiana. Delta Media Corp. first launched El Sabor January 2015 which included a tri-cast on KSLO 1230 AM in Opelousas, KSLO 105.3 FM in Simmesport and KFXZ 1520 AM in Lafayette.

The modern Spanish format includes a variety of new Latin music from the Regional Mexican sounds including Banda and Nortena, Spanish Contemporary (or Pop) to the Tropical Latin sounds that include Merengue, Salsa, Reggaeton and Bachata.

With this blend of music, along with local news, weather, sports and public service announcements, El Sabor has become extremely popular with the fast growing Latino population in Acadiana. The format programing and content is appealing to both men and women of all ages.

The move to FM in Lafayette will better serve both listeners and advertisers of El Sabor.
