Briana Garlow is a former resident of Dallas, Texas with family roots in Ville Platte, Louisiana. She is a former Lumberjack and alumna of Stephen F. Austin State University located in Nacogdoches, Texas. There, she obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Mass Communications with a minor in Journalism.
Briana has more than a decade of experience in radio/television broadcast. She landed her first position in public radio at the ripe age of 15 years old in Mesquite, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. She served as the local weather and traffic personality for 88.5FM KEOM
Briana joined Delta Media in the spring of 2017 as account executive. During this time, she’s been allotted the opportunity to exercise her passion for mass communications. She enjoys developing and strengthening SMBs (small-medium-large) businesses. Her 13-years of media experience enables her to provide each client with an unique aspect on business development in Acadiana.
When she is not working, Briana is learning more about her Cajun roots, exploring the culture behind it or spending time with her extended family in southwest Louisiana. Other portions of her free time are spent giving back to the community through volunteer service, she particularly enjoys servicing the local second harvest food bank in Ville Platte.
